Electives

The purpose of diploma General Education electives and degree Breadth electives is to provide graduates with the skills and knowledge to succeed not just in their chosen career fields, but in all life paths.

Diploma General Education and degree Breadth elective courses cultivate critical and creative thinking skills, civic engagement and knowledge of the broader world of arts, culture and science.

Become an engaged citizen, aware of yourself and the world around you, confident, curious and ready to make your mark on the world.

Our requirements follow mandates from the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development’s Framework for Programs of Instruction and the Postsecondary Education Quality assessment Board’s (PEQAB) Handbook
